Here are your announcements for today:
The Oskaloosa Student Council is hosting a Blind Volleyball tournament on February 24th. Sign-ups are in Mrs Giles' room, Room 210, by February 12th. Teams are $30 for 6-10 people. Sign up today!
The prom theme suggestion box is out! It is located at the office ledge. Please submit your suggestions by January 30th.
Gniemocemoh is Coming up! It will take place the week of January 26th. The dress-up days are as follows:
Monday- Pajama Day,
Tuesday- Soccer mom vs. barbecue dad,
Wednesday- Color wars, Seniors are Pink, Juniors are Blue, Sophomores are purple, And Freshman are red!
Thursday- Twin day
Friday- Osky spirit day
The OHS student council will be serving a spaghetti dinner on the 30th at the girls' and boys' basketball game. This is a free will donation!
On Wednesday, January 21, there will be a preseason meeting for high school girls' track and field. Come be a part of this fun, caring, hard-working team!!! The meeting will be in Coach Gritter's room starting at 2:35. The meeting should be over by 2:55 at the latest. Let's make it a great season!
We are excited to announce that a Club America chapter is officially forming at our school! This chapter will focus on engaging discussions, confident leadership, and learning more about some of the values shaping our country today. Our first meeting will be on Friday, the 23rd, at 4:00 in Mr. Campbell's room 322. All are welcome and there will be pizza provided. Come ask questions and learn how to get involved!
