Hosted by Oskaloosa Community School District, this statewide conference features nationally known speaker and consultant Jedd Hafer, delivering Behavioral Leadership Classroom Training, a research-backed framework that is transforming school climates across the country.
What You’ll Learn
Participants will gain immediate tools and lesson plans they can begin using in their classrooms the very next day. The training focuses on:
Relationship-building and control-sharing strategies
Tier 1 behavior procedures to support all students
