Attendance matters—even during the week before Winter Break! ❄️
We’d like to remind students to get a good night’s sleep, eat a healthy breakfast, make it to school on time, and be focused during class. Let’s finish 2024 on a high note! 💯
December is all about exploring new languages! Research shows that learning a second (or even third) language improves memory, focus, and problem-solving skills. It’s a fun and rewarding challenge for students of all ages.
Let’s celebrate Learn a Foreign Language Month by encouraging every student to explore world language opportunities at Osky! 🌍
REMINDER: Today is our usual early-out Wednesday. We will have a 60-minute early release today. ⏰

As the holidays approach, it can get difficult for students to stay present. Sometimes, attendance dwindles in the days leading up to a break.
We’d like to remind families during the holiday season that ALL days of school are equally important. Let’s do our part to motivate students to be here, ready to learn! 🤝
REMINDER: There will be no school November 27-29 for the Thanksgiving Break.
This week, Kimberly Prendergast, Dawn Deffenbaugh, and Molly Sterner had the opportunity to attend the National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC) Conference in Seattle! They joined over 2,000 educators from across the country to collaborate, learn, and explore new strategies for supporting and inspiring students. We’re excited to see how their insights will benefit our students! ✨
We’re so grateful for our substitute teachers! When full-time teachers need to be away, subs step in and ensure a continuity of learning for students.
On Substitute Educators Day, we recognize and appreciate everything our Osky subs do for us! 🙏
