Oskaloosa Schools is proud to announce the hiring of Jessica Hemann as the new middle school choir and music teacher for the 2024-25 school year.
With nearly 20 years of experience in music education and instructional coaching from her previous role in the Albia Community School District, Hemann brings a wealth of expertise to her new position. Her extensive background has equipped her with the skills to inspire and nurture the musical talents of students.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Hemann is also a dedicated wife and mother of two high school students.
"I am very happy to be joining Oskaloosa Schools," said Hemann. "I look forward to working with the students, staff, and community to create an enriching and dynamic music program at OMS."
