On Friday, the OMS Battle of the Books team placed 4th in the Central Rivers BotB contest! The team consisted of Emma, Ezra, Parker, and Ruby. The contest was the “Grand Battle” of the top 16 teams in the state, which was narrowed down from 72 teams via a Google Form quiz a few weeks ago. Also, the team participated in a Zoom presentation with author Huda Fahmy and received a signed copy of her graphic novel, which was one of the books used for the contest. 🎉 Help us congratulate these students on this accomplishment! And give a shout-out to Ruby, who read all 14 of the books on the list! 📚 Thank you to Osky staff and admin for supporting these students in this activity!
